Our shipping fees are as follows:

$249.00: AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL,GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA,
MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN,
TX, VA, VT, WI, WV

Delivery Signature

To guarantee the safe and secure delivery of your bike, we require a signature upon delivery. This helps us confirm that your bike reaches you in perfect condition. 

Shipping Timeline

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. After processing, you can expect your bike to be delivered within 7-10 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Damages

While we take every precaution to ensure your bike arrives in perfect condition, damage during transit can occur. If your bike arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@electricbikeseller.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Product Returns

Product returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.  Bike must be in original box.
